新潟B級グルメ旅【万代カレー】バスセンターにあるソウルフード『飯テロ』Curry │ YouTube配信！日本を旅しよっ！travel.ch

新潟のソウルフードを久々に食べてみた！今回ご紹介するのは新潟県新潟市の交通の中心を担う「バスセンター」のソウルフード、といえばお分かりの方もいるかもしれません。「バスセンターのカレー」と地元の方から呼ばれる昔ながらのカレーが一番人気です。ラードを使用した口当たりの優しい黄色いカレーは新潟のB級グルメの代表で、そのボリュームも相当なもの。この度ビル自体の耐震工事が終わり新たにリニューアルしました。休業前と同じ場所で昭和から使われてきた看板を使って再現され、メニューや値段も変わらないままだそうです。昔からこちらのカレーを食べてからそれぞれの場所に向かう方も多かったそうで、まさに新潟の皆さんを支えるソウルフードです。山盛りごはんがすすむ懐かしの味、早速動画をご覧ください！
